We're looking for curious people, from undergraduates to postdocs, who want to understand proteins through simulation and machine learning.
Open positions
Postdoctoral researchers
Experience with molecular simulation, free-energy methods, or machine learning for proteins is expected.
Graduate students (M.S. and Ph.D.)
A background in engineering, biology, chemistry, or computer science and some programming experience are helpful. We provide training in simulation.
Undergraduates
No prior simulation experience is required. Curiosity about proteins and a willingness to learn programming matter more than your major.
